Baransy Properties are owned and managed by Matthew and Melinda Baransy.

We purchase properties that are in need of work (sometimes a LOT of work) and then we spend a lot of time and money  refurbishing the property.  We make improvements that will last a long, long time.  These improvements increase the homes value and the neighborhoods overall value and beauty as well. 

Our mission is to do all we can to clean up Pensacola, increase property values, and make our city a better place to live.
