Did you know that when you rent a home you are also renting a landlord?  This is the person who will be in charge of managing and maintaining your home (or not).  In Pensacola FL, some Landlords do a great job and some DO NOT.  Matthew and Melinda own and manage ALL of their properties so when you call the "landlord" you are also calling the OWNERS of the property. Who is going to care more about the property you are renting than the actual owners?  We think that this is important to your being happy in the home you choose to rent.  We consider ourselves to be Pensacola's BEST landlords and that we have the best tenants.  We do what we say we are going to do and all we ask is the same from our tenants.
