The good deals go fast, sold in 4 days

We listed a 4/2 in Turnberry on August 26th and on August 29th it was under contract. When you have a realtor or person in the business you trust, you should listen to them or find one you do trust. When we at Baransy Properties LLC refurbish a home, it's nice, real nice. Our average days on the market since 2003 for a house for sale is 5 days! We do not make excuses, we spare no expense and we price the property aggressively. Our last 2 deals were full price contracts. When you look at a property that you like, don't delay, don't play games, don't think that you are on a TV show. Make a list of what is important and if the property checks those boxes, step up and buy a house. If not, you could find yourself disappointed and homeless.

Zillow is a useful tool and we use it. However, there are no people, just computers. Try to call Zillow! Zillow uses public data to establish a homes worth including Escambia County property appraiser. They do not take into account when a home has been refurbished, had a new roof installed, new granite, new appliances, new flooring so this of course makes their "zestimate" wrong and low.
