In September of 2021 Baransy Properties LLC and River Bottom Properties LLC teamed up to refurbish and rebuild an old neglected park in Pensacola Florida. Since then we have trimmed a lot of trees, cleaned and cleared the grounds, installed a new road, bought new homes and rebuilt homes to offer to Pensacola a convenient and safe place to call home. All of the homes are all electric and all have tile floors. There is a LOT of space between the homes with 2 designated parking places per home.

When we have a home for rent we usually list them for rent on Zillow, FaceBook Marketplace and Craigslist.
