Time is up! Time to pay your rent.

On October 1, 2020, Governor Ron DeSantis announced he will allow the Executive Order, 20-211, the order establishing the moratorium on evictions and foreclosures, to expire. This means in Florida you can now be evicted and your mortgage foreclosed.
